Not music related but....any Budget-friendly hotels near Changi airport?

Sorry this isnt music-related but I was just wondering if there are any budget (<100) hotels close to Changi airport? Not transit hotels (I'm not in transit)


And does anyone know how much it would cost (roughly) for a cab from Hotel 81 at Bencoolen to Changi?

I don't know how much a cab would cost but the MRT train takes you from Changi to downtown in about half an hour anyway.
