your best bet would be to buy a book. i've got this one book which is basically hanon for jazz players. it's really tough. it covers basically every scale/chord in every key. it's called patterns for jazz and it's coauthored by jerry coker, jimmy casale, gary gampbell, and jerry greene. it says its for treble clef instruments but i'm pretty sure that it was written for wind instruments (no worries! the chords are still the same). not sure where you can find it though... i got it as a gift from a teacher.
