No sound from Digitech VX400

I have just gotten myself a Digitech VX400, plug the mic in to the VX, and connect the VX to my mic amp. But... there is no sound. I know my mic and amp are working since they work fine if I just plug the mic directly to the amp...

I have done the factory reset, and everything I could from the manual...

Anyone has experience with the VX400?

i read abit of the manual for ya, you selected "FULL" as your output mode yet?

tried both headphone outputs and 1/4" outputs ?

otherwise you may have to bring it back where you bought from ask them to demo you or replace your possibly faulty unit.

nah I use xlr for the output from the VX400... but I guess I will try using 1/4 for output as well then...

yes, I have selected "full" for output already.

I am not carrying it back to US! @_@

ya , try plugging in your earphone/speakers into your headphone output, etc, make sure it's "processing" even! check all cables. but even so you already said your mic/amp has been tested. then it boils down to your vx400

ahah.. the troubles of ebay i assume... time to click on the draggy "settle dispute"..
