New to guitar world - need instructor.

Hey guys, as the title says, im a total beginner at the guitar. No, not even a beginner, i know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the guitar. My friend just asked if i wanted his guitar to play around with, since he was getting a new one, and i said yes.

So i tried playing around with a pick, and really loved the sound of the guitar. I began to search the net for videos of people playing the guitar, and found that it was amazing! So here i am, deciding to pick up the guitar.

I'd like to know if anyone here can gimme some names of music schools and/or guitar instructors that really put in effort teaching for the student's growth instead of just making the money, if you get what i mean.
