need urgent help

im looking for a good combination on pickups.
can anyone help me out?
tell me the pickup name,cost and where can i get it.
i heard the emgs are good.
but i dont really know where to get.
i would like my guitar tto sound like black metal.

changing your pickups should be your last alternative in achieving a certain tone you want.

Amplifier, pedals and EQ should be your priority. Pickups last.

For a black metal sound, take a look at your E.Q. settings. Usually, black metal musicians max up the gain (they use even more gain than death metal guitarists) and they lower the bass and increase the treble to get that sharp, sizzling sound.

Agree with the others. Pickups don't help much, you will get more change / improvement from the amplifier and pedals. As long as you're using humbuckers, you won't have to change your pickups to get a black metal sound.
