IMO, None of the two. As a beginner, you might be disappointed with them unless you are so self-motivated to practice with a less-than-entry level keyboard.

I suggest at least getting something like a PSR-E303/313/323. If you are limited by budget, check out 2nd hand ones where other choices are available as well...but do consider models that are not too old. Bottomline, do get something with touch sensitivity, something that inspires you to play and listen & like what you buy.
