I went to change my pickups just yesterday. I have currently just finished restringing my guitar but however this is how my bridge looks, it is like bending at an angle from the horizontal of the guitar surface:

My guitar is a second hand one. The guy who sold it to me said that he had adjusted the action of the guitar so that it has really low action. So is the bridge supposed to be like that or it is supposed to be fully flat?

You restrung the guitar with a bigger guage string. The string tension is now more than before, and much more than the springs behind, hence the imbalance.

Read up on how to adjust the springs if you wanna try it yourself, otherwise get someone to show you how, or bring to a shop ask them to show you.

can ask one more question? Is is possible to judge the correct string tension for the guitar based on the springs behind? :D

Dun think that's important, lah. Are you playing the strings or playing the springs? Just find string sets you're comfortable with and adjust that springs accordingly...

By "correct" do you mean so that it balances nicely? Just ask the previous owner what string guage and brand he used, and put those in. You can try other brands with the same guage as well, but they do vary slightly on some strings.
