Hi all, chance upon a rare ESP Japan Custom Shop Jeff Hanneman urban camo in reverse headstock, Floyd Rose tremolo, NOT Jeff's preferred Kahler, eagle inlays a bit fatter, dot inlays on 15frets onwards, no COA, with original hardcase, colour abit different too, really love this guitar, couldn't made up my mind whether to buy it, not much info on the net, came across a post only on sevenstrings.org.
Thanks All
Regards.

WOW! Really sweet guitar! Love the matching headstock and camo patterns throughout the guitar. Even all along the back of the neck for a smooth transition into the body. Wicked axe!

But this page scares me though...

A CHIE-SP!! Selling at a fraction of the price of an authentic piece.

Also, upon further research, ESP released these guitars in 2000 with Floyd Rose bridges but changed them to Kahler pieces later. So if yours has a FR bridge, it must be one of the first ones produced. But looking through the catalogs on the ESP website, I couldn't find one in this camo (NOT "urban" camo which is black, grey and white) colour with inverted headstock... Having said that, there is a gap in catalogs between 2000 - 2005.

The "Contact Support" page has a function where you can enter the serial number of the guitar, and upload some pics. I suggest you do this and ask ESP themselves to verify the authenticity of the guitar.

Hi all, thank you for your input. Got a reply from ESP already, Yes, it's authentic, bought it, sadly ESP have no records on the number of pieces made in reverse headstock, says it's for US market only. Anyway think this is a good buy.
Thanks
Regards.
