Hey guys can anybody help me?

I have an acoustic Ibanez AW85 RLG, bought it from Sweelee but i don't play it anymore. Its in pretty good condition and retails for about $615. 4 going on 5 years old, but still in excellent condition. No scratches or bumps. How much should/can i sell it for?

I would say $300-$400 would be a fair price. The way I price 2nd hand stuff is to sell them at 50-70% of OP, depending on condition and demand of the item. But you better check the current price, may have changed.

anything below the first hand price is a good price. however, you have to take note that guitars is not all about physical condition only.

it depends a lot on the demand, the timing at which u post..

and the person who's buying it....

some go for looks, some go for sound, some go for brand, so its very hard to be specfic, best is just advertise and wait...if no response after a while..then something is not right...lower the price then....

to me ...a general guideline is about 50% to 75% of the reasonable retail price ....as u know some retail pricing are
just craps
...i find it rather strang if u know that in some shops you can get 20% or more off retail price all the time and yet people are using their retail pricing as a ref....
