need advice on splitting headphones for backup monitoring

Hi guys I'm just starting out on making music and recordings... when recording backup vocals of atleast 2, I require a headphone splitter for both the vocalist for monitoring purposes....I know that a cheap headphone splitter can be purchased at any local hardware shop... But by using those splitters, the sound quality is not that good and volumes can't be adjusted according to the individual preference of the vocalists..I believe that there are headphone amplifiers to solve that problem... can someone advise me where to get them and I have a budget of 100dollars....thanx

Samson S-amp, very basic 4-channel splitter with one 1/4" stereo input and four 1/4" stereo output. Individual volume controls for each output. http://www.samsontech.com/samson/products/processors/s-class-mini/samp/
Can check with Hung Bros at Sim Lim Square. If they have it, it's under $100.

Even cheaper is Behringer MicroAMP but not sure if any shop here stocks it
