i watched the Finch cover first and thought it was alright,

then i watched your original- good stuff! you guys have potential! keep working at it! I dig the groove and the clean guitar!

as for constructive criticism- your lead guitar's tone is abit too sharp and gainy, it would sound more appropriate on say something like A7X or Bullet For My Valentine. This song has more of a brit-rock vibe, you might want to use a slight overdrive for a crunchy-ish tone that would suit the song better!

oh, and practice ending the song together, it'll make you sound more polished as a band. The song's got potential!

Keep at it, I'd like to catch you guys live if I can. =)
