Brian Applegate trained under Jim Olson for a period of time and his guitars look and sound distinctly Olson-esque. Several people who asked Jim about a commission but were put off by the significantly expensive price tag were recommended to Applegate by Olson himself. (You can do a check on the Olson website) Anyhow, this is a GREAT guitar that excels in fingerstyle as well as strumming. It's hard to go wrong with any of these fine top notch luthiers. The 5 piece neck on this guitar was built by Jim Olson himself unlike the newer pieces. MINT condition. ZERO fret wear.

I will sell this at SGD7,200. His BASE price is now USD5,000 excluding wait time and the upcharges especially for the wood used like Adirondack spruce, Madagascar Rosewood, Florentine cutaway and so on. Can easily be a lot more expensive including shipping and taxes. Guitar set-up by Jarvis with FMI saddle, stock bone saddle will be included as well.
