muted pedal problem

Hey guys. ive got a Radial Tonebone Classic Distortion i got off soft last year.

so the problem is.. when i step on the pedal. it mutes the sound. i have to step it a few more times to get it to work. anyone had this problem before? is it the switch or ?

any help would be great thanks!

Could be the switch. It hasn't happened to my tonebone yet but I know Radial has a reputation of flimsy switches...:O
