Hi
I've just got me a notebook, it's a Sony VAIO VGN-FZ27G. I'm hoping to configure a basic recording setup that allows me to travel with. Perhaps with the following.
1) Audio interface (4 to 8 channels with at least 2 mic-pres)
2) Good microphone (for female vocals and/or acoustic guitar)
3) Reference stereo speakers
I have Cubase installed in my computer and would like to use it to record sessions at locations (like in the musician's home).
My budget limit is no more than SG$2,000 for everything mentioned. Hopefully all the gears, including my guitar, can fit into my car booth. Would appreciate quality advices.
