minor scratches on guitar

i just bought a guitar than i use a microfibre cloth (spectacle that type) go wipe my guitar than i think get alot of minor scratches, how to remove it ?
btw cleaning guitar for special cloth for it?

why do you need to remove the scratches, it'll be there once you play anyways, dust can cause scratches as well.

If you really want to though , use polish , and wipe it down
