I don't know about drums, but I do know some people are selling miniature guitars on ebay.com.sg

Interesting that people collect this kind of stuff for display. Can you actually play it?

No i dun think so.. its as small as your hand. its just for display.

Hmm.

I remember reading somewhere that the smallest guitar is like 10 microns long.

It's so small, if you sneezed it would go out of tune.
