MICappella is holding its first ever solo concert/EP launch event this coming 14th May 2010, 9:30pm at the Esplanade Recital Studio.
The EP is entitled MICappella “Feng Kuang” and also includes a mix of tracks such as Rihanna’s club hit, “Please Don’t Stop The Music”, Taiwanese rock band Mayday, who recently held a sold out concert here in Singapore with their hit ‘Hokkien’ song, “Zhi Ming yu Chun Jiao” and Aska Yang’s rock ballad “Yang Cong”, all re-arranged for just vocals only, with no instruments at all.
During the hour-long concert, apart from the tracks in their EP, MICappella will be performing other songs from their repertoire including Indonesian classic, Bengawan Solo, Japanese favourite ‘Hana’, and even the Latino Hit by Juanes, ‘Mala Gente’, just to name a few.
