I was looking for buying a Guitar and a local friend of mine took me to the factory showroom and bought me this guitar. (I am stationed in Jakarta) Really awsome and value for money.

Paid : USD 250 with Hard Case...free (New D'Addario Strings added)

Details:

This is a Marlique Ridho Signature Series Guitar made in Indonesia. It's a Flame Sunburst finish and the top is truely amazing changing appearance as you move the guitar around. It has korean Tesla Plasma III humbucking pickups and they have surprised me a lot with huge output and well defined tone - as good as any other major brand.

The neck:
3 pcs nyatoh set neck, Sonokeling fingerboard.
22 medium frets, 12? radius fingerboard.
25, 5 ?scale length.
21?5 mm thick on the 1st fret, 23.5 mm on the 12th.
1 11/16 ? width on 1st fret, 2 3/16? on the 22nd.
The Hardware
Die cast tuners, 3R + 3L, 14 : 1 ratio in Chrome
Standard Floating Tremolo in Chrome.
The P/ups
TESLA Plasma III
1 volume, 1 tone with push pull pots, 1 three way toggle switch ...

Overall really simple setup which allows for quite a lot of control.

I do Belief it's RIDHO HAFIEDZ signature series and not deluxe series ... aniwae ... yup marlique guitar is nice ... i own one of them the reborn series...


aniwae .. did u notice on the 12th fret there is a 2 devil horn ???

Hmmm.. The reborn series looks enticing. Looks better than a SG or a Viper and IF the price is in the ballpark of 250USD, it seems like a no brainer to me.

Bloodsolo, which reborn model did you get? Did you acquire it from Indosnesia too? Brokem wings, black or quited? How does it play? Fast neck?

its the broken wings ... the neck is a fast neck ,, its really nice and the quality can be match with those international products, but i left it in indonesia ... argh... the next time i went back , ill bring . yeah i purchase it in indo ..

hmm, over here in malaysia...
i called up a dealer here...the reborn broken wings is RM1600/$680 with hardcase.
he told me after Chinese New Year there will be new models coming in, starting at RM800-1000.
of cos with cheaper pickups/hardware (guess chinese made ones).

Now in Indonesia, they are running offer..with free hard case..I shall be bringing another one to gift to my Guitar "Guru" while coming on 1st week of Feb. 07.
