I tried calling maestro guitar hospital on 2 occasions on Friday and today, but apparently no one was available to pick up the phone.

So I tried calling the retail store and was told they were close for renovation?

So I was wondering when will they be available?

And additionally I've checked the maestro guitar hospital site, it only mentioned details on acoustic and electric and no details for cost for repairs on classical guitar.

I was wondering if you provide repair for my approx 30+ years old classical guitar which tuning pegs had turned rusty

and a full set up?

Maestro Guitars(Retail & Repairs)

Hi there,
Lawrence here from Maestro Guitars(Guitar Consultant/Guitar Instructor),

Our Zen shop at Peninsula is currently undergoing renovation and will be reopening around the month of May.All repairs can be sent down to any of the Maestro Branch which is the Excelsior Branch and the Parklane Branch. But as our guitar tech KC is overseas at Hong Kong setting up another Maestro Branch, all repairs will be delayed for around 2 weeks as he will be back in 2 weeks time.

Replacement of Tuners is $35-$50(Service Charge) excluding Strings & Restringing Charge
Full Setup is $40(Both Acoustic & Classical)
