This is a fully operational board with 8 channel flying faders, jog wheel, pan pots, full digital I/O, assignable keys. It's extremely customisable for all major recording software -- I've used it with Logic and ProTools. I have the ProTools overlay as well (labels key assignments).
It's a very solid piece of hardware and makes mixing much easier than pointing and clicking a mouse. Original box and hardware as pictured.
