Hello...for the parts..
Basically just oil all the moving parts sparingly, and the parts that come in constant contact with the screwdriver or allenkeys...
The parts that are threaded, i usually take em apart and just grease them thinly.
Singer oil will do, as for the grease i use very very very thin grease, you can get those from hardware shops. Simple mechanical servicing will get your pedals a long way! Good luck...
