I've read abit about the costumes of lordi in kerrang. They say it stinks really bad as they cant wash them. They just hang them dry and dry off the sweaty costumes..

Btw, in case anyone is wondering why in the backing vocals are so high in the video of them performing Hard Rock Hallejuah, it's because the keyboardist is actually female...... Not that anyone can tell visually lol

Yes the expanding wings hahaha. When I watched the video for the first time and Mr Lordi's wings started unfurling I was laughing like crazy. Actually I was more of wondering how the guitarist/bassist/keyboardists cope with playing their instruments in the uncomfortable glove things that they wear to appear monsterish
