Hello, not sure if this is the right space to post -
But looking to sublet a 400sqft studio space at 63 Hillview Avenue for $1300/Month, space is fitted with air conditioning and rental includes all utilities and wifi. Space is available from 1st August and if desired we could leave up the acoustic panels at cost price.
I've routinely recorded drums and had band practice here without any noise complaints for the last 1.5 years. Have a strong preference to lease the space out to a fellow muso before going to carouhell/other platforms.
