Looking to form a group, blink 182/coldplay era?

Aye, been wanting to form a band to jam for awhile now, it does get boring playing acoustic on my own, have always wanted to experience a live studio atmosphere with the electric and drums pounding away.
Casual jamming for now just to fix the musical itch in our free time, we'll see what it leads to I guess.
Looking to jam to the tunes of Oasis, Blink 182, Journey, Coldplay, and other similar bands/genre.
I'm a vocalist and guitarist, but the more the merrier!
