looking for lead guitarist and bassist

hi softies
i am looking for serious musicians for my band.

band intro:
-originals band with an open genre concept depending on songwriter. the rest will try their best to get the feel and sound as required. though it would not be heavier than alternative rock/metal.
-it will be a 5 piece band. i am the guitarist/songwriter. i have a drummer, vox/songwriter and a temp bassist.

Musicians:
-preferably done or finishing NS. if not going to enter NS within this year.
-skill wise has to be reasonably sound. as the focus will be on originals which need creativity.
-lead guitarist will be main 'melody maestro' of the band.
-bassist does not have to be so pro but should not be a dominantly 'root note' player.
-any other extra skill sets will be helpful to the band but not essential.
-most importantly is the commitment and goals of the musician are aligned with the band.
