Looking for guitarist lead/rhythm

Hi, our band are looking for guitarist either lead/rhythm or both. Our guitarist MIA without a sound.
We play rock /top40s like bon jovi, rhcp, muse, gnr, queen and so on
Most of us are still learning... usually we will jam once per week if possible
