Hi there!
Life After Franklin is looking for a committed female vox to front the band. We do mostly alternative rock originals and have about 12 songs tried and tested and all ready to rock and roll! intend to start gigging as soon as the vox has achored the parts.
Please join us ONLY if
1) you can commit to WEEKLY jams in the Eunos area. Of course we take a break now and then.
2) you have a genuine interest in composing original music. We do the odd cover now and then but the goal is to CREATE new material. If you already have some songs or musical ideas in mind and need a band to materialize them, that would be awesome! We get excited when we create music on the fly!
3) you are disciplined and matured enough to be punctual, hardworking and humble. No divas please. It's ok if you are not a super duper fantastic singer, as long as you are not tone-deaf and you have the drive to improve, we
welcome you! Attitude wins!
We are 4 easygoing dudes, drums, 2 guits and bass in our early to bit-over-mid 30s and have been playing for around 2 years, keeping the fire going while juggling work, family etc etc. Absolutely no intention of going pro, it's a casual band but we take our music seriously yet with a good dash of fun and humor.
So for all the female vox out there, tired of singing alone or want to venture into originals in a band setting do give a serious thinker about joining us. Interested?
