Hi everyone,
I'm Benjamin, currently 25, served in church music ministry playing drums for about 6 to 7 years, and also gig outside with my bands. I would like to invite you to join me for a fun journey learning drums together.
What do I offer:
If you would want your child or yourself, to take exams:
- I offer Trinity London Rock & Pop Grade 1-5 (as for now, as I'm taking Grade 8 to prep for exams)
- Rudimental Studies
You wonder what is this all about? Have you heard of guitar or piano scales? It is the same idea! Just that we use our hands to hit to certain rudiments.
e.g. Single Stroke - R L R L; Double Stroke - R R L L;
It allows us to work our brain differently as we work on these exercises!
- Groove Studies
What you mean by groove?! I bet we all listen to music... Some genres ever heard are like Rock, Pop, Blues and etc.
We will learn many types of grooves in our lesson together.
- Songs
Drumming cannot be alone but with a band isn't it? In our journey, we will learn to play to songs you LOVE!
Course Information:
Duration: 60min per class
Location: Your home / Studio provided
Fees: $160 for 4 lessons (studio fees included)
Age: From 4 years old onwards...
