Looking for bassist who can :
- Jam every or fortnightly normally on Wednesday after 7pm in town (POMO)
- Willing to accommodate to the songs we play for the start
- Don't follow strictly to score sheet and arrangement
- Able to make up or play simple bass lines, play simple
- Not embarrassed to make mistakes
- Willing to improve together as a band not solo, so beginners are welcome
- Playing and passionate for music
- Likes acoustic/alternative rock/pop kinda of songs ( genre like coldplay, lifehouse,keane,howie day,boyce avenue, the script,the fray,jason mraz, bruno mars,radiohead, greenday, top40s)
- Chinese (because we play some chinese songs, jay chow, leehom, eason chan,wuyue tian etc.. )
- 18 years and above
- Willing to work towards and doing recording in the future, maybe gig
We are not pros or people at performing level yet but we are humble and intermediate people wanting to improve.
- Drummer and guitarist just join 6mths back, we are generally new band
- Friendly, play and laugh together, not embarrass to make mistake
- Play for fun, not too serious
- Enjoy together, sometimes we switch role for fun
Consist of
- Drummer, can play guitar/piano but concentrating in drums
- Electric guitarist, covering lead solo ,
- Acoustic guitarist / Vocalist ,
- Pianist / Keyboardist / Vocal and backup vocals
- Age group range from 20 - 30 yrs
Not looking for
- Personnel who think he's damn good
- Heavy or hard rock/ metal influences
- Paid musician / secessionist
- Godly or virtuoso player
- Doesn't like most of the genre above
- Personnel who only figure out song on the spot or never practice
- Always play their very own bass solo
- People who don't even have a $50 bass guitar at home to practice
- Who can't jam on Wednesday
