Looking for a Rhythm Guitarist for my band

Hey, we are a band called Nightmares Of Yesterday or NOY for short and we are currently lacking a rhythm guitarist for our band. We plan to look for a Post hardcore/Metal/Screamo rhythm guitarist. Our band is mostly post hardcore in genre. Age would be best around 15-23. At least one or more year experience with the guitar and able to jam frequently with us. We cover songs and write originals and jam regularly on the weekends or so. Bands that we listen to are Asking Alexandria, Alesana, Avenged Sevenfold, Pierce the Veil, Bullet for my Valentine, A day to remember and Bring me the horizon ect.
