Looking for a Recording Studio Partner

I have a home Music studio with a grand piano and I would like to transform
it into an acoustic recording studio to do mostly chamber and acoustic music
with video recording services. The video would be mostly to film the live recording
process.

I am looking for someone who would be interested to partner with me.

Ideally, this person has

1) Own recording equipment
2) Studio recording experiences
3) Likes live/ acoustic music
4) good network.

BONUS: Knows how to get clients for our projects.

I have some ready clients and advantages of working with me is:

1) My studio is conveniently located. At Farrer Park MRT
2) I am a Musician/ keyboardist/ arranger/ singer.
3) I can get singers for projects.
4) No need to pay rent!!! We will just profit share from the projects.
