Looking for a practice kit.

Hi all,

My DTXplorer is living on borrowed time, and I don't expect it to last any longer than 1/2 a year. I'm looking for a substitute practice kit. Something that allows me to work on my coordination still, but I won't want to invest in another DTX series again. I saw some pictures of the DW go anywhere kit which looks like this:

Any opinions for this practice kit? Is it a worthy purchase, and where in singapore do they sell something similar?

Ranking at bras basah have sell a full set practice kit which include pedals and hardware and the price is $250...but not sure what brand...
