Basically, we as a band want to have a place of our own to jam/practice and compose song. So we wnt to have a place of our own. So is there any jamming studio or recording studio tht is selling their place? btw we are around the age of 21 so we are open to discuss about the payments and stuff as we dont know about tht stuff
