I play metal. Think, Bullet for my Valentine, As i lay dying, Children of Bodom along those lines of influences.
A little bit of everything lah hahaha. My guitar is usually Drop C or Drop C# (can try for Drop A or B too

For soloing, i dont follow the score/tabs completely for certain songs, I like the spontaneity of the moment to see what sparks.
Familiar with scales and patterns and key. (alittle bit of theory cant hurt right? hahaha)
