u shud give ur hair a little trim regularly, it grows faster after its cut,

but dont cut too much, let it grow then cut little bit, then it'll grow more.

no u must trim the length like cut 1cm, to get rid of split ends which might stop your hair from growing anymore, cuz usually the hair ends will be thin and unhealthy.

Need to cut that off, so the hair can continue growing.

OK If you have male pattern baldness, no matter what you do is not going to grow your hair much.
