I´m not a DJ, but from what i´ve seen here goes:
1. If you´re into something simple, you can always burn stuff into CD/ipod/MD/wav etc. One guy MCs the other just looks hard behind the equipement. Venetian snares actually does this, 2 CD with i think are similarly identical tracks and cued up, and he just cross fades them all over the shop.
Sadly most dnb theses days are´nt exactly very technical.
2. If you´re a laptop bunch. Hook 2 laptops up, midi syncing the apps to one master laptop. Haven´t done this myself but should be the same as hooking up one serial port to a crossed MIDI connection to another, and getting one synced to a remote master. Do an arrangement in something like ableton live, or even fruity loops, and agree on roles. i.e. you take bass, i take drums. Halfway thru break out a real bass and noodle like squarepusher does.
3. Do a london elektricity and get a full band on stage.
