Lipe Guitar and Sugi Guitar

Hopefully i can get some information or help over here.

Really GASing for one of the Sugi Guitar or the Lipe Guitar.

We know both are amazing Master Builders (In the 90s for the Ibanze artist guitars)

But anyone tried or own any of it?

I have a lipe. I corresponded with Mike about 2 years back to have 2 virtuousos built and had one completed first. I have another one in the works now after deciding what to fine tune from the first.

He makes a great guitar and Mike is a really nice guy to deal with. While his guitars are relatively simple compared to stuff from the likes of Schroeder or Thorn, they are still very beautiful. To me, they don't feel as clinical as Suhr and Andersons (which I do like a lot). I find that they have a voice of their own and an organic vibe to it.

Davis is the local dealer now and I believe they still have the koa virtuoso. Go check it out.
