Hi peeps,
Have a bassist, drummer and singer onboard. Now looking for the 2 remaining members to complete the lineup. We are experienced musicians but looking to move in the JazzFusionFunk direction. Influences include jazz standards, Jamiroquai, Fourplay, Norah Jones, Sarah Barellies, pretty much open to anything that doesn't sound too poppish. Also looking to write our own material.
We are all working adults between 25 to 38 and are looking for people who are interested in this genre of music, proficient in their instruments and love improvising rather than playing note for note. Hoping for weekly jams but let's see how things work out.
It's fine if you play with other bands, as long as we can all commit to a fixed day to jam. Most importantly, you must enjoy playing the music!
