Greetings!
Just a brief introduction of myself before I get into the details of the lessons.My name is Harrison and i've been playing the instrument for numerous years now and I would like to extend my repertoire of knowledge by beginning to teaching aspiring guitarist.I have studied/studying with great musicians over the years and I would like to pass on the knowledge of what I studied so far.
We will cover aspects of music such as scales,chords,technique etc.We will go in-dept theory for students who wish to seriously engage study on instrument musically.For those who just wish to study songs and strum tunes or what I would call 'Weekend Player' are also welcomed with open arms.
I'am new to the teaching field hence lessons are only available for students to are new to the instrument and guitarist who have been playing for months desires to expand his musical vocabulary.Your scale proficiency would be regarded in the introductory lesson(You may also drop me a recording of your playing into my private message box and we'll work things out).Students of all ages will be accepted and lessons are only done in English.
-Lessons will be held at my place (5-10mins walk from Tanah Merah MRT Station)
-Students are required to bring their own instrument for lesson.
-The rates for my lessons would be at $100 a month consisting of 4 lessons.It's a very reasonable price at $25/hr.
-Flexible date and time for lessons as I've just completed my National Service and have the time to spare.
