agile guitars from rondo. It seems pretty good, and very low price for the specs they offer. but one downside is that they WILL ship to sg, but no warranty, asked them before

I think that the burnys at yamaha is being over-priced($900). In japan the burnys are costing less than epiphones.

It would be cheaper to import one from ishibashi than getting from yamaha. Davis sells MIK Tokai at $850. MIJ Tokai is 1.3k.

orangeguitar has new LP copies from time to time I think, they don't have like a fixed retail list.
the Gibson LPs they list there aren't really that cheap, they are more or less reasonably priced, unless you're comparing to local shops, but the local prices (not referring to orangeguitar) are kinda inflated anyway

i am interested in getting an agile lespaul copy, i heard they are as good as tokai

Have any of you seen Les paul copy by Stellar.
The company only sell this guitar on Ebay.
Their price range is between US$199 to US$240 with hardcase.
Shipping should be about US$100 to US$150.

i like this Burny alot, not just because it's aesthetically similar to the Gibson custom, but also because it comes with pretty decent pickups. i find the sustain commendable for a guitar of this price, and the tone is very rich, like an LP should be. Can't compare it with the real thing (Gibson) because i haven't tried one before, but i think Burny is good value for money.
it is a tad heavy, but that's what to expect when its a mahogany body + maple cap.
it will continue to be one of my favourite guitars until i get myself a gibson :wink:
