Learning Electric guitar from music school?

IMHO don't take lessons, it'll only stifle your creative ability to develop your own unique playing style. Most of the good guitarists I know took up guit by themselves, relying on books or tips from friends only

Or if you wish to try lessons then make use of them to learn stuff like towgay that's damn difficult to learn by yourself.

Until now I can't get it right too
