Lead Guitarist Wanted for Jrock / Jpop

Hi, i am forming a band and is in need of a lead guitarist.
if you are looking for a pro/experienced band, you can close this thread now.
i hope that the band would be able to work together to grow and become something big. Mainly will be doing cover songs for starters.

Requirements:
1) no experience needed
2) able to work well with people
3) able to commit 2~3 hrs per week on a weekend
4) open to jrock/visual rock/jpop music & style
5) knowledge of japanese is not required
6) we are not sex/race baised, anyone is welcomed
