About us:
The band has been jamming together since last year. We are a 4 piece all guy band, working adults in their 20s to early 30s. All easygoing friendly bunch of blokes, and i would say skill-wise, we are at an intermediate level at the very least.
Music influences and what we play:
Influences are mostly pop/rock stuff such as RHCP, Bon Jovi, Neon Trees, One Republic, Muse, Alanis Morisette, Bryan Adams, Four Non Blondes, GnR, Foo Fighters, The Script, Matchbox 20, U2, OneRepublic, GnR, Vertical Horizon, Adele, Pink, Fun, Katy Perry, The Heavy and many many more. Essentially very top40s and crowd pleasing stuff you hear at places like Timbre and WalaWala - radio friendly music and a little indie/alt. Not into metal or jazz.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a guitarist to fill the position of lead guitarist. No preference for gender or age, as long as you are good at what you do and are well equipped. More importantly, we are looking for commitment in our new member. The band's serious about music, honing its craft and expanding the range and portfolio of songs it plays.
Practice schedule
Practice sessions are held once every 2 weeks, we usually jam on Fri evenings or Sat afternoon onwards. In terms of plans for gigging wise (if you are wondering), we are targeting this half of the year to start our gigs (we are currently in the get-even-tighter phase and securing our gigs/admin stuff blah blah).
