The piano is about 1 year old and has only been used for a couple of times due to ns commitments. FYI, this is probably one of the best digital pianos of the $1xxx category! Currently retailing outside for ~1.25k. You might want to youtube for an insight look of this piano. Great for kids/adults looking for a digital piano at a tight budget.. from personal experience i feel that the korg lp 350 is a more worthy buy than the yamaha p95
