KISS live in Singapore

In a recent interview, Paul Stanley was asked if there's any place that KISS havent performed yet and if he would like to play, he mentioned Singapore (of all the places).

I believe they will be here next year in 2010 for their No. 1 record Sonic Boom tour. Wouldn't it be great if they play at the opening of one of our IR's?

I heard Gene Simmons was here during NIN because he wanted to check out the location. Don't know how true that is tho. I guess we'll just have to wait and be hopeful. 2010 will really be an awesome year if KISS plays here tho!

Mr. Simmons was here because he is investing in the IR with his rock & roll circus concept call "Carnival of Soul". But I'd be damn if they play here.

That's one thing to do before you die!

I can rest peacefully cos I caught them in Australia. The fleshing boobies, the pyrotechnics, the fake blood, the elevated drum sets...all real.

i'm not surprise he is not impressed with fort canning. neither was i.
look at the stage... too small and the sound not reli great...

a band like KISS who uses a lot of props, lighting etc obviously nids a better venue and bigger stage.

go for suntec!!!!!!!

during the F1 week i work as Underworld stage crew when they play at suntec. the place is reli huge if they push in the seats. and of course the stage can be bigger and lightings etc. will even sound better.

if this happen, iron maiden can come too. and bring their monsters along...

actually I was pretty impressed with the F1 Rocks! set-up at Fort Canning....but of course i think that will cost a bomb cause it has to be built from scratch lol

hopefully the IR can provide us with some good venues...but based on reports most, if not all the venues at IR will be mid-sized
