KFK EMGs for 70/80s rock?

I know EMGs are mainly for metal but i'm jus wondering is it vesatile enuff for old skool 70/80s rock(led zepplin,EVH,AC/DC). i have no worries about my setup as i have the pedals to emulate this rock tones but jus wondering will the KFK EMGs be only good for metal and nuthing else?

Btw, the KFK EMGs is a 85n/81b set plus a PA2 gain booster.thnks.

for basically hi-gain stuff where clarity, and not muddiness, is important.

you're better off going for the traditional duncans.

get duncans
emgs..2 heavy n i feel its not as gd as a duncan
duncan can do heavy n clean
emgs can do those as well but not as gd as doing them both compared 2 da duncans
