Any fans of them out there? I love Kaki King's guitar technique and her use of open tunings.
Then I discovered Kelli Rudick. The first time that I watched her, I was totally speechless! Her use of right hand and left hand tapping, harmonic tapping (I don't know the proper term for this. But she taps the harmonic out using her right hand) was nothing like i've ever seen before. She also uses the guitar's body like a precussion. Very nice.

FYI, both of them are lesbian, and they're attached to each other!!

Can't remember the name of the harmonic tapping you are referring to, but its done just like how you'd get natural harmonics on the 12th, 5th, 7th fret with an open string. But if you fret the 2nd fret, its like having a capo so the harmonics move to the 14th, 7th 9th fret.

hmm i kinda figured that out too. I guess her use of open tuning allows her to tap several harmonics at the same time on the same fret, thus creating a 'harmonic chord', for the lack of the proper term.
