KB37 Unwanted Noise

Hi,

I just bought a KB37 this week and a guitar. I have a problem regarding the noise it creates.

- even if I unplug the the guitar cord in instrument input of KB37, I can still here a noise
- when I plug the guitar cord, I can also here some humming noise. The noise is minimize when I touch the guitar string. THen it comes back again when I remove my hand from it. Is it grounded? I could I eliminate this?

Am so noob in this area. Am just starting to explore the wonders of electric guitars. Hope you Softies can help me. Thank you.

ok.. my problem is solved by turning off all the electronics and electrical equipment in my room.
