Hey guys, I'm just starting out on this whole guitar playing thing, and I'm looking for recommendations on

(i) Which guitar to get (Say about $250?) and;
(ii) Any good guitar schools to recommend?

i guess u can increase your budget by a little to $400.
u can get a good amp and a good guitar.

get atleast 500 (just for guitar)

Like for abt 400++ get like a starter pack. comes with everything even instructional dvd.

IMO, dont get the starter pack.. Find a guitar you wanna stick with for a long time, and get it. I don't think the starter pack guitar is just worth it, cos you'll soon change it..
