yah..was just thinking, is it possible to convert a 5 watt tube amp into a 5 watt tube amp head with a extension cabinet??..

some combos, if that's what you mean by amps, come with speaker outputs that allow you to connect an extension cabinet so it kinda acts as an amp head. if it doesn't come with that output then i'm not too sure on how you go about it, but i'm sure it's possible.

yup im refering to the combos and i know abt the speaker output thingy, but was jus think if its possible to convert it to like a amp head..cos its quite a "big" head if i were to connect it to a cab. haha!!
